Terms of Purchase

General

  1. By purchasing any product (the "Product(s)") and/or handling, delivery, assembly and/or any other services (the “Service(s)”) from Minimalogy Sdn Bhd ("us", "we", "our" and “Minimalogy”) on www.walkine.com.my (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Purchase. Each order under which you purchase Product(s) and/or Service(s) shall be referred to as an "Order".
  2. You agree that we may modify these Terms of Purchase without liability and without prior notice to you. The modified Terms of Purchase will be posted on the Website, and will come into effect from the date of such posting. You are advised to check for updates to these Terms of Purchase regularly, prior to purchasing any Product(s) on the Website.
  3. While we will try our best to check the Website for viruses, we do not warrant that the Website is virus-free or devoid of other malicious content.

 

Products or Service

  1. We may temporarily or permanently remove any Product(s) and/or Service(s) from the Website at any time, with or without notice to you.
  2. Pictures and images on the Website are for illustration purposes only. We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current.
  3. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
  4. When browsing the Website, the colours of Products may vary depending on a number of factors, such as the display settings of your computer monitor.
  5. Unless otherwise stated, all Product prices shown on the Website are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  6. Product prices are NOT inclusive of Service fees, which will be added to your total Order price.

 

Placement of Orders

  1. When placing an Order, you warrant to us that:
    1. you are above 18 years of age
    2. if you are not above 18 years of age, you have obtained the consent of your parent or guardian to place the Order
    3. You have full authority to use the customer account from which the Order was placed.
  2. You are required to provide us with an active email address and a telephone number for us to contact you.
  3. After placing your Order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing order number and Product(s) details you have ordered.
  4. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track the delivery status of your order.
  5. The sale of Products is subject to availability. If any Product that you have ordered is not in stock, we will contact you.

 

Delivery

  1. All delivery services are provided by our third-party service provider, and you acknowledge that they provide such delivery services to you directly.
  2. The delivery fees are based on the delivery of one Order to a single address within Malaysia.
  3. You shall inform us of any delivery restrictions or difficulty in accessing your property when you place an Order.
  4. Our service providers are not obliged to wait for you to grant our service providers access to the property as they will have to fulfil other deliveries scheduled for the day. If they leave, any attempt at re-delivery shall be subject to a re-attendance fee.
  5. On delivery, you are responsible for checking the condition of the packages and ensuring that the correct number of packages have been delivered.
  6. Please make plans to be available to accept your delivery. If you are not available, there must be a person aged 18 years and above that is capable of receiving delivery on your behalf, and you agree that we can rely on such person's instructions as if they were your own. We are not obliged to verify that that person has been authorized by you to receive delivery of the Order.
  7. Before the delivery, please ensure that there is sufficient access and space and that any staircases and lifts providing access are suitable for the delivery.
  8. We will not be responsible for any damage to your property if you fail to comply with this Delivery section.

  9. We will dispatch orders within 24 hours. Expected delivery time is 1-11 business days (Monday-Friday) upon dispatch.

 

Changes to or Cancellation of Orders

  1. No applicable fees apply if the order was changed or cancelled prior dispatch of the item from our warehouse. Please note that we dispatch all our orders within 24 hours. Return or Refund

  1. You can return any Product within 5 days from the date you received the product. We only allow size exchanges. Changing of design due to a change of mind is strictly not allowed.

Provided that the Product:

  1. proof of purchase
  2. Is unused and in the same ‘as -new’ condition
  3. Free from damages and modifications including but not limited to scratches, stains, drilling, wear and tear
  4. With all original product packaging

All postal charges for return and exchanges of products will be fully borne by the buyer. All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criteria will be strictly declined and forfeited. The parcel received will not be sent back to the buyer, unless additional re-delivery fees had been paid for.

  1. We will only process your exchange after we have received and inspected the returned Product.
  2. We try to process all refunds within 24 hours upon notice. The refund normally appears 2-5 business days upon issue. For refunds, please contact our customer service team through our Chat Function or Email us.

 

Limitations of Liability

  1. All Product(s) are provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your use, without any representation or warranties.
  2. Under no circumstances shall Minimalogy Sdn. Bhd, our directors, officers, employees, interns, suppliers, service providers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages.
  3. Despite the limitations in the paragraphs above, we do not in any way limit our liability to you for death, personal injury or fraud.

 

Electronic Invoices

  1. You agree that all tax invoices in respect of any Order made on the Website will be issued to you electronically via the e-mail address provided by you. Personal Information

  1. Your submission of all personal information through the store is governed strictly by our Privacy Policy.

 

Governing Law

  1. These Terms of Purchase shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and you hereby irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
