  1. These Terms of Service apply when you access and/or use www.walkine.com.my (the “Website”), which is operated by Minimalogy Sdn Bhd (“us”, “we”, “our” and “Minimalogy”).

If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.
  3. If you decide to make a purchase on the Website, the Terms of Purchase will also apply to you, in addition to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy. You should read the Terms of Purchase very carefully before you make a purchase.

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses. We can also take other action as well including, but not limited to, reporting you to the police or other law enforcement body, issuing a warning or taking legal action against you and pursuing any costs we incur as a result of doing this.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and you hereby irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
